Home Equity Auction

Pre-launch policies · Effective September 29, 2026

Terms and Conditions

Home Equity Auction is a pre-launch technology marketplace intended to help California property sellers receive and compare structured offers from verified buyers. The highest price does not automatically win, and sellers remain responsible for their decisions.

Accounts and information

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and have authority to submit any property or document you provide. Account roles and uploaded documents do not by themselves establish identity, licensing, ownership, or authority to sell.

Offers and transactions

Offer submission, seller selection, contract execution, escrow, and completed transfer are separate stages. The platform does not automatically select an offer and does not hold real-estate escrow funds in an ordinary operating account.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized information or files. Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Pre-launch notice

Features, fees, geographic availability, and operating arrangements may change before launch. California-specific legal review is still required before live transactions.

Off

If enabled, signed-in buyer visits contribute to aggregate listing view counts. A server-side deduplication key expires after 30 minutes; sellers receive no visitor identities. Turn this off to stop future counting. Advertising remains off.
